| 摘 要： | 以西江引水工程为例,根据风险评估流程,对该工程的主要风险进行了风险识别、风险分析和风险评估,最后针对关键节点的风险控制提出了一些建议,以最大程度地减小工程中风险事故发生率以及事故造成的损失。

| Abstract: | Taking the Xijiang water diversion project as an example, according to the risk assessment process, this paper made risk identification, risk analysis and risk assessment to main risks of the project, finally put forward some suggestions according the risk control of key nodes, so as to minimize the risk of engineering accidents and losses caused by the accidents. |
