| Abstract: | Combining with the status of the cost management in the engineering construction industry,the paper illustrates the significance of the cost management of the full life circle,analyzes advantages of the full life circle engineering cost management,and provides the cost management strategies at the decision-making phase,design phase,and implementation phase,so as to maximize the reduction of the engineering cost. |
