宽频带耦合带状线魔T的设计方法

摘    要:给出一种宽频带耦合带状线90°移相器的工程设计方法。通过适当选取耦合带状线奇偶模阻抗比ρ、介质基片的相对介电常数εr与厚度s,以及带状线地板间距b,频带宽度可达1∶2.34倍频程可以实现所需带宽内90°移相,与宽频带3dB电桥组合可实现宽频带魔T,同时推导给出了3dB电桥耦合度κ、εr、s/b的设计关系公式。通过仿真给出了修正量。

Abstract:A design method of a wideband 90° phase-shifter with coupled strip-lines is presented.A wideband Magic-T can be designed ingeniously by combining a 90° phase-shifter and a 3 dB bridge.The bandwidth is about 1∶2.34 when phase-shift is in 90°±5° by changing the even-mode and odd-mode impedance ratio ρ,the dielectric constant εr,the thickness s and the ground plate distance b.The relationship of coupled coefficient κ,εr,s,b with 3 dB bridge is derived.The designed parameters have been calibrated by simulation.
