摘    要:某选厂钨细泥产品中,WO3在白钨矿、黑钨矿和钨华中的分布率分别为41.85%、58.06%和0.09%,其中90%的钨分布于30μm以下的粒级,且该钨细泥为白钨加温精选-摇床重选后的尾矿,若直接浮选选别难度较大。经试验研究,确定采用预先脱泥脱药—浮选工艺流程。结果表明,可从含WO34.14%的钨细泥给矿,获得WO3品位为35.20%、回收率为86.34%的钨细泥精矿。

Abstract:In a large-scale concentrator,the distrabution rates of WO3 in scheelite,wolframite and tungstite are 41.85%,58.06% and 0.09%,respectively,among which 90% WO3 is distributed in<30μm grain size,and this fine tungsten slime is tailings produced from heating cleaning-shaking separation operation,therefore,if the direct flotation technology is adopted,so the separation process is quite difficult.Based on detailed experimental research,a technological flowsheet of pre-desliming and de-reagents—flotation is chosen.Test results indicated that a tungsten concentrate(fine slime)of 35.20% WO3 can be,obtained with a recovery of 86.34% from the feed of 4.14% WO3.
