摘    要:木材含水率是调控干燥过程的关键参数,其测量的准确性直接影响到木材干燥质量的好坏、干燥成本的高低、机器干燥周期的长短。木材干燥过程中,木材含水率的在线检测受多种因素影响(检测电路的噪声干扰,多种环境因子间的交叉灵敏度等)。针对以上问题,提出了一种小波包消噪的处理方法,分别利用小波和小波包两种方法对木材含水率测定值进行特征提取。仿真结果表明,小波包分析具有较好的滤波效果。

Abstract:Lumber moisture content is a key parameter for regulating and controlling wood drying process, its precision directly affects the drying quality, cost and drying time. During drying process, the real-time precise measurement of lumber moisture content is influenced by many factors such as ambient noises from measuring circuit, cross sensitivity existing among multiple environmental factors, etc. To solve the above problems, this paper proposed a kind of wavelet pack de-noising treatment method, extracted the characteristics of lumber moisture content measuring value using wavelet and wavelet packet. The results show that wavelet packet has better filtering effect.
