组建煤炭企业集团若干问题分析

加快国有煤炭企业战略性重组的步伐,走集团化、规模化的发展道路,培育具有国际竞争力的大型煤炭企业集团,是提高我国煤炭工业增长质量和效益的重要途径,也是我国煤炭工业近一个时期的工作重点之一。本文就我国煤炭企业集团的组建若干问题进行了分析研究,设计了多种可能的集团组建方式,并在进行比较研究的基础上,提出了我国煤炭企业集团组建的基本思路、步骤和需要重视的问题。

Problems Analysis on Enterprise Groups Construction

Speeding up the strategic regrouping of state owned coal enterprises for promoting them to take a path of integrated and scale up development, and help them to become the large coal enterprise groups equipped with powerful competitive in the international market are the crucial ways to improve the quality and beneficial result of China coal industry growth. This is also one of key works to be done in the recent period. This paper analyzes some problems in constructing the coal enterprise group in China, and proposes some accessible ways to construct the group. Based on the comparative research, the author also puts forward the basic ideas, the steps and the essential issues in constructing the coal enterprise group in China.
