| Abstract: | Conclusions 1. The effect of the magnitude and type of strain on change of strength of viscose tyre cord has been studied by fatigue testing rubber and cord specimens.2. It is found that the nature of change in strength of tyre cord under repeated tensile and alternating tensile — compressive strains is similar.
