德士古废锅流程水煤浆加压气化工艺在煤化工联合发电中的应用

摘    要:介绍了德士古全废锅流程气化技术在煤化工联产发电中的工艺流程,并将其与激冷流程进行了比较,两者主要不同之处在余热回收利用方面。详细分析了全废锅流程在余热回收利用方面的应用和其操作工艺条件,发现该流程不仅可回收大量余热进行发电,以满足煤化工生产厂本身的用电需求;同时与单纯火力发电相比,可减少大量污染物的排放,符合国家促进低碳经济转型的要求。

Abstract:The Texaco waste heat boiler gasification process applied in the IGCC was introduced in this paper, and the main difference between this process and the quench process lies in the recovery and utilization of the waste heat. The application and op- eration conditions of the waste heat recovery and utilization of the waste heat boiler process were expounded. It was discovered that this process could recover large amount of waste heat for power generation, which could meet the consumption of the chemical plant itself. To compare with the pure coal-fired power plants, this kind of power generation could reduce a great deal of pollutants' emis- sion. This is in line with the national policy of promoting low carbon economy.
