摘    要:以E-51/TDE-85为复合EP(环氧树脂),三氟化硼乙胺、DMP-30[2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚]和2,4-咪唑为固化促进剂,三氧化二铝(Al2O3)为填料,采用自制固化剂制备快固型EP胶粘剂。研究结果表明:促进剂的加入可不同程度加速EP胶粘剂的固化速率、缩短固化时间;与其他两种促进剂相比,三氟化硼乙胺具有良好的潜伏性,以此作为促进剂时,相应EP胶粘剂的颜色、固化速率和剥离强度等俱佳;当固化温度为150℃、固化时间为10 min和w(三氟化硼乙胺)=1%(相对于EP总质量而言)时,EP胶粘剂的综合性能相对最好。

Abstract:With E-51/TDE-85 as compound EP(epoxy resin),boron trifluoride ethylamine,DMP-30[α,α′,α″tri(dimethylamino) mesitol] and 2,4-imidazole as curing catalysts,Al2O3 as filler,an EP adhesive with rapid curing was prepared by self-made curing agent.The research results showed that the introduced curing catalyst could speed up curing speed and shorten curing time for EP adhesive by different degrees.Compared with other two kinds of curing catalysts,the boron trifluoride ethylamine as curing catalyst had good latent characteristic,and the corresponding EP adhesive had good color,curing speed and peeling strength.The EP adhesive had relatively best combination property when curing temperature was 150 ℃,curing time was 10 min,and mass fraction of boron trifluoride ethylamine was 1% in total EP.
