摘    要:“七.五”国家科技技攻详项目17-1-1-1,结合天生桥一级高混凝土面板堆石坝坝体填筑材料研究的主要成果,综从堆石料的基试验工作入手,研究了堆石料试验的缩尺范围及其对工程性质的影响,提出模拟材料的参考控制介限,模拟现场振动夺实的室内试验方法,控制标准及现场压试验成果;研究了不同级配垫层料的渗透性,抗渗稳定性及其反滤作用,提出了满足设计 垫层料优化级配范围;研究了垫层料及堆石料的压缩变形及其变形的合

Abstract:This paper presents the main test results of the construction material for the Tianshengqiao-1 concrete faced rockfill dam,which is 178 m high Based on the basic tests of the rockfill material the author has studied the following subjects:a the test scale and its effect on the engineering properties of the rockfill material to propose an initial control limit of the simulated material;b the laboratory test method of simulating in-situ vibration compaction, the control criteria and the field roller compaction parameters;c the permeability,the permeability stability and the filter effect of the cushion material with various gradation to propose an optimized gradation range of the cushion material to meet the design requirement;d the compressive deformation and its adaptability of the cushion material and the rockfill material; and e the stressstrain characteristics of the cushion material and the rockfill material with different stress paths The test and study results are systematic and comprehensive, providing reliable basis for design of the Tianshengqiao-1 concrete faced rockfill dam and are applicable for other hydropower projects of this kind
