| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种强脱式瓶盖注射模的设计，对关键结构进行了详细分析，模具采用三板式结构，二次强脱方式；对某些零件的制造工艺如滑块半圆切口加工、整体式和分体式滑块加工、加工凹模的铜电极制造等进行了深入探讨；并详细描述了模具的工作过程。

| Abstract: | A design of bottle cap forced drawing mould is introduced, the key structure is analyzed in detail. Three plate mould structure and two times forced drawing technology is used for the product. The manufacturing process for some parts is thoroughly discussed. And the working process of the mould is also described in detail. |
