垃圾焚烧飞灰旋流熔融炉及玻璃化利用

在以焚烧方法处理城市生活垃圾、医疗垃圾、工业污泥日益增多的情况下,垃圾焚烧所产生的灰、渣等危险废物处理己成为亟待解决的问题。在研究焚烧飞灰化学、物理特性的基础上开发了用于无害化处理焚烧飞灰的高温旋流熔融炉,熔融渣可用作建筑材料。旋流熔融炉内温度可达1 350~1 550°C,熔融灰在炉内停留30 min左右,二恶英可销毁99.5%以上,旋流炉捕渣率≥95%。随飞灰一起添加少量玻璃粉、硼砂等助熔剂可降低熔融温度,熔渣经水淬急冷后形成玻璃态物质,对重金属固化效果较好。

A Swirl Melting Furnace for Fly Ash of Refuse Incinerators and the Application of Vitrification

With the rising incineration disposal of garbage,medical refuse and industrial sludge,the disposal of dangerous wastes such as ash and slag,originating from refuse incineration,has become a problem requiring urgent attendance.A high temperature swirl melting furnace for innocuous disposal of incineration fly ash has been developed after having studied both its chemical and physical properties.The molten ash may be used as a building material.In the melting furnace,the temperature may reach 1350 ℃～1550 ℃,the molten ash linger for about 30 min, and 99.5% dioxin be expunged.The slag collection rate may exceed 95%.By adding some melt-aiding-matter like pulverized glass or borax,the melting point of the fly ash may be reduced,and solidification of heavy metals promoted with the formation of glassy substance by quenching the molten slag.
