摘    要:使用ANSYS软件对"激光束-电阻缝焊"(LB-RSW)中电阻缝焊过程的热结构和热电进行了耦合分析,研究了缝焊电流、焊接速度和滚盘间距对低碳钢板RSW温度场的影响。结果表明,滚盘电极压力可以有效控制板间间隙;增大缝焊电流、降低焊速和增大滚盘电极间距都可以提高钢板表面温度、温度梯度和升降温速度。模拟结果与热成像测量结果吻合良好。

Abstract:The thermo-structural and thermo-electrical coupling analyses during the resistance seam welding(RSW)process in the laser beam-resistance seam welding(LB-RSW)were performed using the software ANSYS to simulate the effects of RSW current,welding speed and RSW wheel space on the RSW temperature field in mild steel.The results showed that the electrode pressure on the RSW wheel can control the clearance between welded plates effectively,and increase of RSW current,decrease of welding speed and increase of whee...
