| 摘 要： | 介绍了国产能量回收机组的设计特点及采用的新技术，详述了烟气轮机拉杆螺栓螺母的拆装、转子和轴承的安装及二级导流器和进气机壳的组装；分析了超温对转子从冷态到热态的影响，并通过计算对轴系进行了调整；提出了操作上严格控制烟气中催化剂浓度、粒度及超温的措施。

| Abstract: | Design characteristics and the adopted new techniques of home-made flue gas expander were introduced. Dismounting and assembly of the pull-rod bolts and nuts, assembly of rotor and bearings as well as combination of the secondary guider with admission chassis of flue gas expander were described in detail. The influences of over temperature on the rotor from cold state to hot state were analyzed and the shaft system was corrected according to calculation. Measures for strict control of catalyst content and particle size in flue gas as well as over-temperature in operation were also proposed. |
