| 摘 要： | 桑椹是一种既有营养价值又有药用价值的野生水果。我国有着丰富的桑椹资源,近年来人们加重了对桑椹综合利用的研究与桑椹产品的开发,生产出了一系列桑椹加工品,包括桑椹酒、桑椹饮料等。本文就当前桑椹饮品开发利用中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,并进一步提出了展望。
