富勒烯-甘氨酸衍生物的制备

摘    要:通过有机化学的方法合成了一种新型纳米级富勒烯-甘氨酸衍生物,该衍生物极易溶于水、DMSO、四氢呋喃等极性溶剂。通过红外光谱、核磁共振、TEM等分析手段对衍生物的组成和结构进行了表征。TEM分析表明,它在水溶液中形貌为理想的球形,平均粒径约为18nm。体外抗癌活性测试结果表明,该衍生物对人体的骨癌等癌细胞均具有很好的抑制能力,其抑制能力与衍生物的浓度和光照强度有关。研究了该衍生物的抗癌机理。

Abstract:A novel fullerene-glycine derivative was synthesized by means of organic chemistry.It is soluble in polar solvents such as water, dimethyl sulfoxide and tetrahydrofuran et al. The product was characterized by FTIR, ~1H-NMR and TEM. TEM analysis showed that it presents an ideal spherical shape in water with an average particle diameter of about 18nm. The in vitro antitumour activity of the novel derivative has been tested and the result showed that the novel derivative exhibited better antitumour activity in vitro against bone tumour cells. The in vitro antitumour activity of the novel derivative were related to the derivative concentration, and were also dependent on the power of the light irradiation. The antitumour mechanism of the derivative was studied.
