多元醇水基钻井液体系综述

摘    要:新型多元醇水基钻井液体系不但具有油基钻井液的优异性能,而且不存在污染环境和干扰地质录井问题,对解决井下复杂难题特别是页岩稳定问题非常有效。介绍了从90年代以来国外开发和应用的多元醇水基钻井液添加剂的种类及《世界石油》杂志公布的产品牌号;探讨了多元醇的作用机理。多元醇抑制泥页岩水化分散的机理归纳起来有3种:①浊点效应,对有浊点行为的多元醇,当环境温度在浊点以上时,该机理才起作用;②降低滤液化学活性,抑制机理是渗透机理所致,但要求多元醇浓度必须较高,而在3%-5%的一般加量下该机理不能实现;③与水分子争抢页岩中粘土矿物上的吸附位置。介绍了诸学者对第三种机理进行的试验研究以及多元醇水基钻井液的应用及效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new polyol water-based drilling fluid system explorated abroad since 1990's and also it's applications. Brief introductions of polyglycol, glycol and glycerol are described. Product names of polyol water base mud additives promulgated in "world oil " are presented. Mechanisms of poly-ols are discussed. Three viewpoints and research achievements are reviewed. Based on oil base and KC1 base mud. influence on shale control of new polyol muds are evaluated. Applications of these new ployol muds are introduced. This system not only possesses good chemical properties as oil-based mud, but also is environment acceptable. It's a best choice to solve downhole complex problems, especially for shale controlling.
