| 摘 要： | 通过正确选择波长、显色条件等,使用对二甲氨基苯甲醛比色法能准确测定解析废液中微量尿素的含量。方法检出限达0.2mg·L-1;线性范围0～70mg·L-1;测定5mg·L-1尿素样品的变异系数为3.9%,标样回收率在99%以上,加标回收率为95%～110%。此法检出限低,线性范围宽,精密度好,准确性高,操作简便,是测定解吸废液尿素含量的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Selected the suitable wave length and color conditions, the trace carbamide in waste stripping liquid was determined by the colorimetry method of paradimethylaminobezaldehyde. The detection limit of this method was 0.2 mg/L, the linearity range was 0~70 mg/L. The coefficient of variation was 3.9% when 5 mg/L sample was determined, and the recovery of master sample was up to 99%, the labelledrecovery was 95%~110%. |
