旋风分离器内表面堆焊硬化层的检验

摘    要:通过对进口旋风分离器的检验,探讨了旋风分离器的检验方法,对表面硬化层耐磨和开裂的机理进行了一些探讨,为了研究旋风分离器堆焊层表面裂纹的扩展情况,制作了裂纹对比试块,利用端点回波法测量了堆焊层裂纹自身高度,为利用超声波探伤仪测量裂纹深度提供了有效方法。

Abstract:In this article through the inspection of imported cyclone separators, the author discussed the examining methods of cyclones, analyzed the mechanics of abrasion resistance and cracking of the hard surfacing. Using end point reflection method through a comparing calibration block, he measured the depth of the cracks in the hard surfacing which provided a new way to detect crack depth.
