弹药运输环境振动特性研究

摘    要:通过对勤务环境中的力学环境进行分析,列出了几种常用运输工具的力学诱导环境和装卸跌落环境条件,研究了复杂勤务环境中上千种环境因素随机组合条件下的力学环境筛选简化方法.运输环境分别按环境严酷程度分成不同的类别,将引信按其解脱保险的难易分成不同的类别建立组合化简条件;建立了运输车辆受迫振动数学模型,通过试验测定了卡车运输环境中,不同路面不同方向最大加速度值,代表了这一类型车辆的运输环境条件用来指导弹药勤务工作。

Abstract:The vibration environment during the course of service transportation and stochastic combination condition of many environmental factors of service management were analyzed, and the vibration and fall impact environments appeared in some kinds of conveyance were listed. Transportation and load and unload environments were classified according to the different inclement degree and the fuzes were classified with the difficult degree of relieving safety. The forced vibration mathematic model of truck was founded. The maximal acceleration at different directions was tested with truck running on different road surfaces. The test results represent the transportation environment condition of this kind of vehicle and can be used to guide ammunition service works.
