双循环流化床烟气悬浮脱硫系统技术经济分析

摘    要:介绍了自主研制的双循环流化床烟气悬浮脱硫装置在一台75 t/h电站燃煤锅炉上的应用实例,该装置的烟气处理量为140 000 m3/h。采用动态技术经济方法对其进行了分析,结果表明,该脱硫装置工艺简单,投资和运行成本低,是一项适合我国国情的烟气脱硫技术。

Abstract:An engineering example about the technology Double CFB Flue Gas Suspend Desulfurization in application to 75t/h utility boiler is introduced and its engineering results and benefits are analyzed. The flue gas flow rate is 140000m3/h. This technology has some advantages, such as simple technical process, demanding small area, operating stably etc. It is the new technology fit conditions of our country.
