| 摘 要： | 润滑油液分析是获得机械设备故障信息的重要途径之一。本文把数字图像处理技术中图像滤波、二值化、形态学运算等方法应用到齿轮减速器磨粒检测中,提出了一种简便、快速、高效的磨粒数量、大小及形状的检测分析方法,从而为齿轮减速器的故障诊断与维修提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Lubricating oil analysis is an important way for obtaining the information about faults of machine equipment. This paper uses digital image processing for the abrasion detection of gear reducers and provides a highly effective and easily implemented method for analyzing the number, size and shape of granules in lubricating oil. The method provides a reliable basis for gear reducers fault diagnosis and maintenance. |
