半固态Al-7%Si合金二次加热及成形试验

摘    要:采用电阻炉加热的方法对机械搅拌法制备的半固态Al-7%Si合金进行了二次加热及成形试验,观察了显微组织的变化;通过电阻炉加热,分别用半固态模锻和液态模锻的方法成功地试制了法兰盘零件。初步探讨了搅拌工艺参数和液态模锻(半固态模锻)工艺参数的选择问题。

Abstract:The Semi-Solid Al-7%Si Alloy produced by method of mechanical stirring was reheated by electrical resistance furnace and formed.The microstructural evolution was investigated.Heaing with electrical resistance furnace ,the ring flange part was successfully produced by method of semi-solid die forging and liquid die forging.The choice of the parameter on the stirring process and liquid die foring(semi-solid die forging) was also discussed.
