| 摘 要： | 分析了摩托车配光性能测试的重要性以及当前存在的问题，自主研制了一种摩托车配光性能测试系统。系统采用灯具旋转法进行测试，利用计算机进行全自动控制和数据采集，速度快、精度高。详细阐述了系统的测试原理，硬件、软件组成，试验过程。最后利用标准灯具在该设备上反复进行了多次综合实验，实验结果显示，该设备可以满足测试需要。

| Abstract: | An automatic testing system for measuring photometric characteristics of motorcycle headlamps and signal lamps was introduced.Controlled by a computer,the system,with lamps rotating measurement method,can work efficiently.In contrast to other testing methods the proposed system is superior in fast speed and high accuracy.Moreover,the system's structure,working principle and measuring process were expounded.Finally many experiments were performed with the testing system and experimental results show that the system can meet the needs of motorcycle producing. |
