20双相钢丝工艺优化的实践与认识

摘    要:探讨 2 0双相钢生产高强度螺栓和高强度钢丝的可能性。对 2 0双相钢与H0 8Mn2Si双相钢进行拉拔实验对比 ,发现前者在初始强度水平上低于后者 ,但在拉拔过程中的强度增加率是相似的。采用形变后双相处理和淬火后双相处理两种方法提高 2 0钢的初始强度 ,并对两种方法得到的双相钢丝进行金相组织研究。试样经总压缩率 85 %的拉拔 ,抗拉强度可提高到 1870MPa ,36 0°扭转次数平均为 4 2次 ,180°反复弯曲次数平均为 12次。

Practice and Cognition of Optimizing Process for 20 Dual-phase Steel Wire

Abstract:To discuss the possibility producing high strength bolt and steel wire with 20 dual-phase steel. Comparing 20 dual-phase steel with H08Mn2Si dual-phase steel by drawing experiments shows that the former’s initial strength is lower than the latter’s,but both the strength increase rates are similar during drawing. Using two kinds of methods to raise the initial strength of 20 steel,one is dual-phase treatment after deformation and the other is dual-phase treatment after quenching. The microstructures of the dual-phase steel wire obtained by the both methods are investigated. After drawing with 85% total draught,the tensile strength of two kinds of wire can be up to 1 870 MPa,360° average torsion number is 42, 180°average bend number is 12.
