| 摘 要： | 介绍了河南神马氯碱发展有限公司采用压滤及种植膜过滤技术处理乙炔发生器排出的电石渣浆工艺的工艺流程及运行情况。该工艺可实现连续操作，彻底解决了自然沉降晾晒处理方法占地面积大、环境污染严重、水回收率低的问题。

| Abstract: | The process for the treatment of carbide slurry coming from the acetylene generator by filter pressing and immersed membrane filtration technology adopted by Henan Shenma Chlor-Alkali Chemical Inc.was introduced as well as its running situation.This process could realize continous operation and throughly solve the problems of large floor area,serious environmental pollution and low water recovery existing in the natural sedimentation and air drying method. |
