对特殊工商业用户计量型式的选择

在实际天然气贸易计量中存在一些特殊的工、商业用户,其用气点较为分散,部分单台设备负荷小,但总负荷大。受各类流量计量程比的限制,对这类用户天然气供应的准确计量存在困难。通过分析流量计的特性及用户用气特点,提出以下解决方案：根据实际情况选择合适的流量计;采用一户多表的计量方式;利用调压器与流量计联动切换的计量模式,采用较为简单、经济合理的计量撬结构型式。对于特殊工商用户小流量状态下的计量,应进行技术经济的综合比较,在设备和运行成本合理、经济的前提下,有效地减少小流量计量的损失。

SELECTION OF GAS METERING METHODOLOGY FOR SPECIAL COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS

There are some special industrial and commercial natural gas users in the practical natural gas trade metering. They are dispersed and parts of their single device features small load, whereas the total load is big. Therefore, they are limited by the range ratio of different types of gas flow meters. There are some difficulties in accurately metering the gas supply for this kind of users. The following solutions are put forward after analyzing the characteristics of the flow meters and users' gas consumption features. First, the flow meters should be selected in accordance with the practical situation. Second, "One Household Several Meters" manner can be adopted. Third, a flow meter can be linked with the pressure regulator and a simpler and more economical skid mounted metering system can be applied. For the special industrial and commercial users with small flow rate, technical economy comparison should be performed to effectively reduce the flow loss caused by small flow rate.
