| 摘 要： | 介绍了水泥砂浆衬里补口作业机器人的系统结构及工作原理,对螺旋送料进行了理论分析,该机器人具有结构紧凑,适用管径范围大,越障能力强,补口功能完善可靠等显著特点,实验证明是一种理想的水泥砂浆衬时补口作业装置,在工程应用中具有推广价值。

| Abstract: | We introduced its systematical structure and operation principal for a welding seam anti corrosive applicator in pipe robot for cement mortar liner pipeline and screw feeding is analyzed theoretically. It features with compact structure, big applied pipe scope, good ability to traverse barrier and perfect mending function etc, the experiments prove that it is a desirable operation device for mending welding seam among pipes with cement mortar liner, it is valuable to spread in engineering. |
