大豆油生物柴油降凝方法研究

摘    要:以大豆油为原料通过酯交换法制备生物柴油,测定其凝点为–2℃,闪点为112℃,说明生物柴油比0号柴油具有更高安全性,但其凝点限制使用范围。该实验研究柴油混合法、加入降凝剂法和混合降凝法等以降低生物柴油凝点,结果表明,混合降凝方法优于其它降凝方法;当生物柴油降凝剂与低硫柴油共同作用时,能有效降低生物柴油凝点及粘度。

Abstract:Biodiesel was prepared from soybean oil by transesterification reaction in this papera,nd the condensation and flash point were–2℃1,12℃r,espectivelyw,hich shows that biodiesel has more security than 0# diesel.However its usage scope is limited due to its higher condensation.In order to reduce biodiesel condensationd,ifferent methods of diesel mixeda,dding PPD(pour point depressant) and mixed PPD were discussed in this paper.The result shows that biodiesel condensation and viscosity were reduced effectively by mixed PPD method of biodiesel PPD and low sulfur diesel.
