摘    要:大型多支承回转窑的轴线偏差及支承力是影响回转窑机械运行状态的主要因素。本文介绍了轴线偏差及支承力检测技术的发展概况 ,对其应用现状作了阐述 ,提出了发展回转窑机械运行状态检测技术的途径 ,简要论述了模糊优化在改善回转窑机械运行状态中的作用。

Abstract:The curvature of axes and the force of supporting parts are the main factors to effect the running condition of large-scale rotary kiln with multi-supports.In the article the development survey of test technology of the curvature of axes and the force of supporting parts of rotary kiln is introduced,its application is expounded,the way to develop test technology to test the running condition of rotary kiln is put forward,the effect of improving the running condition of kiln rotary by applying fuzzy optimization is discussed briefly.
