摘    要:根据油田生产的现场情况本文采用热力学方法研制出离心泵综合参数测试仪。在介绍原理基础上,完成系统设计和误差分析及相关实验.本文所介绍的仪器能测量离心泵的效率、温度、压力、流量、单位能耗等参数,广泛应用于大庆油田、胜利油田等单位。

Abstract:By using the thermodynamics method a comprehensive tester for centrifugal pump, is developed based on the oil field practice. The principle of the instrument,the design, and the error analysis are introduced in the paper.It can measure the efficiency, temperature, pressure, flux, and the unit consumption of energy. It is widely used now in Daqing Oil Field and Shengli Oil Field.
