钻压防斜技术的实践与理论探讨

摘    要:常规防斜钻具要求小钻压或带有多个稳定器,因而钻速低,且易发生事故。新的防斜技术──光钻铤加压防斜,除具有常规防斜钻具的钟摆力和惯性离心力外,还有动态轴向附加力。新的防斜理论认为,增加钻压引起钻柱屈曲,保持钻柱涡动,有井斜时使钻柱产生周期性变化的轴向附加力,无井斜时轴向附加力消失。轴向附加力给钻头与地层的接触增加一个周期性附加分量,改变了钻头的破岩速率和方向,所以轴向附加力具有防斜和纠斜的作用,而绝不会增斜。新的光钻铤加压防斜技术,在塔西南地区试验取得极好效果。

Abstract:Convention deviation control BAH require low weight or stabilizers in collar.so that drilling rate is decreased and troublesome caused in downhole easily. New devialion control technology -slick drilling collar assembly with greater bit weight have dynamically axial force but pendulum and inertia centrifugal force. New concepts of deviation control have shown that drillstring buckling and whirling occurs with increasing bit of weight, so that a periodical axial force takes place when deviations of wellbore exist. The axial force provided bit to formation with a periodical component force that change breaking rate and direction drillstring of bit, so it is useful to control deviation of well.This technology mentioned above have achieved good effect in the Southwest of Tarim..
