柯深1井钻井工艺技术

摘    要:塔里木盆地西南坳陷柯克亚构造压力层系复杂。深预探井柯深1井于1991年12月开钻,1994年8月完钻,9月完井,完钻井深6481m。这是我国的第三口深井,也是我国近年来所钻最深的一口井。该井二开?444.5mm钻头钻深3544.20m,?339.72mm套管下深3540.93m;三开?311.15mm钻头钻深5028.64m,?244.5mm套管下深5025.68m;四开?215.9mm钻头钻深6481m,取心1筒,进尺5.32m,岩心收获率100%,?177.8mm+?139.7mm复合尾管下深6479m,创多项同尺寸钻头钻深和同尺寸套管下深的国内最高纪录。本文主要介绍了柯深1井的钻井装备和钻井工艺。

Abstract:There are complicated formation pressure system in Kekeya structure of southwest depression,Tarimu basin exploration well, Keshen 1 well with 6481 meters in depth,spuded in Dec. 1991,finished drilling in Aug. 1994 and was completion in Sep. 1994. This well is the one of deepest well,which drilled borehole of 444. 5mm in diarneter to 3544. 2m in depth,runing 339. 72mm of diameter casing into 3540. 93m,then drilled 311.15mm ddrieter borehole to 5028. 64 meters running 244. 5mm diameter into 5025. 68 meters nd ody drilled 215. 9mm diameter botehole to 6481 meters with coring 5. 32 meters that core recovery was 100% running combined liners of 177. 8mm and 139. 7mm diameter into 6479 meters in recent years. This paper introduce the drilling equipment and technology of Keshen 1 well.
