有杆泵抽油井故障诊断专家系统

摘    要:根据有杆泵抽油井的常见故障及其检测特征,采用美国Teknowledge Inc.研制的专家系统建造工具M·1建造了有杆泵抽油井故障诊断专家系统,编制了一个拥有108条规则的知识库。应用胜利油田现河采油厂的6口有打泵抽油井对本系统进行了验证,诊断结论基本符合实际情况,从而对将人工智能专家系统方法应用于有杆泵抽油井的故障诊断进行了一次有益的尝试。

Abstract:According to the common faults and their features of sucker rod pumping well, the exPert system of fault diagnosis for sucker rod pumping well is developed based on the expert system building tool of Teknoledge Inc. of USA, and a knowledge database with 108 rules is established.Field application results of 6 wells in Xianhe preduction department of Shengli oil field indicate that the diagnosis conclusion is in agreement with reality on the whole. It is helpful to the application of expert system in fault diagnosis of sucker rod pumping well.
