注水井暂堵酸化工艺技术及应用

摘    要:冀中地区下第三系油藏绝大多数是多层开采,最突出的矛盾是层间矛盾。在注水井上表现为层间差异大,单层突进严重,造成油井单层或少数层产油,含水上升快。传统的笼统酸化及笼统调剖难以达到目的,而分层酸化、分层调剖往往因隔层薄而无法进行,且工艺十分复杂,施工难度大。采用注水井暂堵酸化工艺技术在一定程度上解决了上述矛盾,其原理是:先堵高渗透层,然后再酸化低渗透层,起到了分层酸化的作用,且工艺简单,施工方便。本文详细叙述了暂堵酸化的机理和施工工艺,分析了现场应用效果。

Abstract:The Eogene system reservoir of Jizhong oilfield is develoed in a way of multiple-zone production. The outstanding problem is serious interlayer interference with the form of the great intertayer discrepance, serious tonguing and quick water -cut ascending velocity. Conventional commingled acidization or profile regulatiion technology is difficult to solve those problems. Because the interval between layers is too small in this reservoir and operation technology is very complex and difficult, seperate zone acidization or profile regulation technology is unable to be carried out. Through applying temporary plugging acidization technique with advantuges of simple technology and easy to operation,whose principal is temporary plugging higher permeability zone befote acidizing the lower permeability zone, the said problems are solved to a certain extent. This paper gives a minute introduction to the principal and operation technology of this technique, analyses the results of field application.
