大间隙环流中转子系统稳定性研究

摘    要:采用数值方法研究了转子周围大间隙环流动力学特性及其作用的Jeffcott转子动力学系统的稳定性。结果表明,大间隙环流对转子动力学系统的稳定性有很大的影响,同心转子也将产生半速涡动,最终以正向涡动模式失稳,偏心转子失稳转速有较大的降低,失稳模式取决于系统条件。

Abstract:Rotor dynamic coefficients of a large gap annular flow and their effects on Jeffcott rotor dynamic system stability are studied by numerical method.The results show that a large gap annular flow has appreciable effects on rotor stability. The rotor at concentricity will be whirling at half of rotor rotation speed and become unstable at a speed on the forward whirling mode;the one at eccentricity will become unstable at a lower speed on the forward or backward whirling modes depending on different conditions.
