山东省主要烟区烟(桃)蚜[Myzus persicae(Sulzer)]抗药性研究

摘    要:利用毛细管点滴法测定了山东省4个主要烟区烟(桃)蚜Myzus persicae (Sulzer)]对氰戊菊酯、吡虫氧化乐果、灭多威和吡虫啉的抗性。结果表明,昌乐种群对氰戊菊酯的抗性高达23.85倍,对氧化乐果、灭多威、吡虫啉的抗性分别为敏感种群的16.35、2.91和2.17倍。诸城、沂南和莒县3个种群对氰戊菊酯的抗性分别达16.59倍、15.18倍和12.27倍,抗性水平也较高,但对氧化乐果、灭多威和吡虫啉仍较为敏感。

Abstract:Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were collected from four major tobacco planting areas in Shandong province. The resistance to fenvalerate, imidacloprid, omethoate, and methomyl was tested by topical application of capillary tube. Results showed that the resistance ratios of CL-population (Myzus persicae (Sulzer) collected from Changle area) was 23.85 folds compared to fenvalerate. Resistance ratios were 16.35, 2.91 and 2.17 folds compared to omethoate, methomyl and imidacloprid. Compared with CL-population, ZC-population (collected from Zhucheng area) YN-population (collected from Yinan area) and JX-population (collected from Juxian area) were relatively sensitive.
