| 摘 要： | 本文采用异丙醇抽提结合水蒸气蒸馏技术提取艾叶中的挥发性组分，经气相色谱-质谱联机分析结果表明：采用该提取工艺获得了丁酸、邻-二甲苯、正丁醚、反式-1-丁氧基-1-丁烯、丁酸-1-甲丙酯等新的挥发油组分。

A study on extraction of the volatile oil from Artemisia Argyi by solvent extraction coupling with steam distillation technique |

| Abstract: | The Paper introduced the application of new technique of solvent extraction coupling with steam distillation to extract volatile oil from the Chinese herb- Artemisia Argyi. The results of assay of the extraction production by GC-MS showed that five new components in volatile oil are obtained by the application of new technique comparing to the normal steam distillation technique. The five new components are Butanoic ethyl ester, 1,3-dimethyl Benzene, n-Butyl ether,Trans-1-butoxy-Butene, Butanoic 2-methylpropyl ester. |
