土工格栅与土界面的拉拔试验分析

摘    要:通过经编土工格栅、单向土工格栅与粗砂、圆砾、残积土在不同法向压力下的拉拔试验,研究土工格栅与土界面特性。结果表明,单向格栅界面的拉拔系数和摩擦系数均小于经编土工格栅界面,界面摩擦系数随着土体颗粒粒径的增大而增大。同时结合有限元分析的方法,将数值结果与试验结果进行比较,进一步研究了法向压力、加筋长度、土体模量、格栅轴向刚度、界面折减因子等参数对界面特性的影响。最后研究了不同拉力作用下的界面剪应力和轴力分布规律。

Abstract:In this paper, the pullout tests of polyester geogrid and uniaxial geogrid with medium coarse sand, thick pellet soils, and eluvial soils under different normal pressures is conducted to investigate the interface interaction characteristics between the geogrid and soils. The result indicates that the pullout and friction coefficients of uniaxial geogrid are smaller than those of polyester geogrid, and also shows that the interface friction coefficient increases as soil particle diameter increases. Furthermore, combined with finite element analysis, and its simulation results are compared with the experiment results. In addition, this paper studies some factors influencing the interface properties such as normal pressure, reinforced length, soil modulus, geogrid axial stiffness and interface reduction factor. Finally, the regularity of distribution of the shear stress and axial force under different pull force are investigated.
