摘    要:主要对制备1.5mm钛/铝复合薄板的爆炸一轧制工艺进行了实验研究。通过实验,确定了TA1和2A12这两种合金的爆炸焊接工艺参数。为了解决单张复合板在轧制过程中缠绕轧辊的问题,提出了两张爆炸焊接钛/铝复合板的对称轧制工艺,并且得到了成功的应用。对于轧制过程中复合板钛层表面出现的间歇性开裂现象,也进行了详细的分析。两种基体金属流动变形的不同步性以及铝对钛产生的不均匀牵引变形力是导致复合板钛层表面开裂的主要原因。

Abstract:Experimental study on process of explosive welding rolling for preparation of 1.5 mm titanium/aluminum composite plate was the main researching object. The explosive welding technological parameters of TA1 and 2A12 were concluded by experiments. In order to resolve the problem that single composite plate twisted on the roller in rolling procedure, the process of symmetry rolling in which two sheets of explosive welded titanium/aluminum composite plate were riveted symmetrically, was put forward and confirmed successfully. As to the phenomena that intermittent cracks appeared on the surface of Titanium in the rolling procedure, detailed analysis was made too. Nonsynchronous flow of two basal metals in rolling and asymmetry towing force imposed on the titanium by aluminum were the key reasons for cracks appeared on the surface of titanium/aluminum composite plate.
