摘    要:乙腈连续回收装置是与丙烯腈生产主装置相配套的。通过合理利用唑在脱氰塔精馏段上部积浓的特性,调整乙腈连续回收技术中脱氰塔部分的工艺条件和操作条件,采用从精馏段上部液相抽出含较高浓度唑物料、在脱氢氰酸塔的精馏段上部增加一个液相抽出口的方法,解决了乙腈产品中唑含量超标的问题,达到制取高纯乙腈的目的。

Abstract:Acetonitrile continuous recovery plant is a subsidiary part of acrylonitrile production unit.Based on the characters of oxazole concentration in the upper rectification column,the process and operation conditions of the decyanogen column in the process of acetonitrile continuous recovery are adjusted,and an additional outlet was installed on the upper rectification column,where a liquid stream with high concentration of oxazole was drawn out.After the reformation,excessive oxazole in the acetonitrile product was avoided and highly pure acetonitrile produced.
