| 摘 要： | SoVeMa(索维玛)公司生产的穿壁焊机是我国蓄电池行业大量引进的产品,但其轴控系统故障相对较多(特别是老机型)。通过对其总体控制系统的研究,特别是对其上位计算机和PLC之间接口信号的深入研究,找到了用工控PC取代原设备的上位计算机控制系统的入口,开发了与原设备功能相同的核心控制软件,并将原设备的英文显示界面改造为中文界面,实现了对SoVeMa穿壁焊机轴控系统的改造。本改造项目已成功应用于湖北骆驼蓄电池股份有限公司襄樊分公司。

| Abstract: | The through-wall welding machine produced by SoVeMa Co.is widely imported by domestic battery production factories.But it appears that its axis-control system is relatively weak especially for its early types.The whole control system and especially the interface signals between its host-computer and PLC are thoroughly researched.And an industrial PC system including a set of kernel software is substituted for the axis-control system of SoVeMa through-wall welding machine.The PC system can perform all the functions of SoVeMa axis control system and its display interface is Chinese-characterized.The substitution has been successfully realized in Xiangfan Branch,Hubei Camel Battery Ltd. |
