GB151对浮头式换热器中浮头螺柱腐蚀裕量的设计未作规定,致使工程实际设计过程中存在2种观点,文中对该腐蚀裕量的设计进行了探讨。提出设计浮头螺柱时应适度考虑腐蚀裕量,并在施工图中注明在役容器对浮头螺柱的检验与使用要求,建议GB151修订时予以确认。

Consideration of corrosion allowance on designing floating head studs

There is no stipulation covered in GB151for the design of corrosion allowance of floating head studs in the floating head exchanger , which led to two viewpoints existed during practical designing of projects. This paper made discussion on the design of the corrosion allowance , pointed out that the corrosion allowance should be reasonably considered when designing the floating head studs and the inspection and application requirements of the in-service vessels for floating head studs should be identified in the as-built drawings , and advised that the conformation should be provided when revising GB151.
