某低品位锰银矿浸出锰、银试验研究

摘    要:为回收某低品位锰银矿中的锰、银金属,试验以硫铁矿作还原剂,用硫酸浸出矿石中的锰;浸锰渣用硫脲浸出银。针对试样矿石,试验研究了浸出的工艺条件,选择适宜的浸出工艺进行试验,锰的浸出率达到97.10%,银的浸出率达88.91%。

Abstract:Leaching technology of manganese and silver from manganese-silver ore was studied.With pyrite as reducing agent,the leaching rate of Mn reached 97.10% after leaching of manganese-silver ore with sulfuric acid.The residue from Mn leaching process was employed for Ag extraction with thiourea,and the leaching rate of Ag reached 88.91%.
