摘    要:主要针对我国黄土高原上天然气管道发生环状轴向屈曲破坏的事故进行全面的分析和研究。通过金相分析、扫描电镜分析了解了材料的基本性能,从微观角度分析了破坏的基本形式,并利用有限元软件对不同的服役压力下管体的变形形式进行了详细的计算和模拟,最后对失效变形形式和破坏方式进行了探讨。得出了由于材料屈服强度不足导致管体局部结构失稳,最终引起管体局部失效的结论,并给出了相应的意见和建议,以便采取必要措施降低管线运营风险。

Abstract:In this article,the accident of annular axial buckling failure occurred in some natural gas pipeline on China Loess Plateau was comprehensively analyzed and studied.The basic properties of materials were analyzed through metallographic analysis and SEM,the basic deformation forms were analyzed from microscopic view,and the deformation forms of pipe body were calculated and simulated detailedly by utilizing finite element software.In the end,the deformation and the failure mode were discussed.The results showed that the reason caused local failure of pipe body was that insufficient yield strength caused local structure instability of pipe body.Some corresponding opinions and suggestions were given for reducing pipeline operation risks.
