电光模数转换器的研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了电光ADC的原理,分析、比较了光相位编码的全光ADC及利用光时分复用技术、光波分复用技术、脉冲时域展宽技术的电光ADC的结构及性能。追溯了近二十年电光ADC的研究进展。讨论了目前主要的研究方向。

Abstract:The operational principle of electro-optic ADC(analog-to-digital converter) is presented in the paper. The fabrication and performance of optical ADC based on phase-encoded optical sampling and electro-optic ADC based on OTDM (optical time division multiplexing),OWDM(optical wavelength division multiplexing) and photonic time stretch are described, analyzed and compared. An overview of this type of converter in twenty years is made. Finally,the future trend of development of the electro-optic analog-to-digital converter is described in detail.
