T10钢表面BN薄膜结合力改善及减摩性研究

摘    要:采用射频磁控溅射法在T10碳素工具钢表面制备了氮化硼薄膜;研究了在基材和薄膜之间化学镀N i-P中间层对薄膜结合力的影响;使用摩擦试验机对基材和镀膜后的试样进行了摩擦性能检测;通过划痕试验进行了结合强度试验。结果表明在工具钢表面溅射镀BN薄膜后摩擦因数明显降低,从原来的0.8下降到0.6,具有良好的减摩效果;BN薄膜和T10钢基材之间有一定的结合强度,加入N i-P中间层以后膜基结合力有显著增加,能达到约30 N;采用射频磁控溅射法制备得到的薄膜内部的应力为压应力,这有利于薄膜的附着和立方相氮化硼的形成。

Abstract:BN thin films were deposited on T10 carbon tool steel by RF magnetron sputtering.The influence of Ni-P chemical plating mid-layer on the cohesion between matrix and film was studied.The frictional behavior of samples was determined before and after sputtering,cohesion strength of samples was checked by scratch test.The result shows the friction coefficient of the tool steel is reduced from original 0.8 to 0.6 while deposited BN films,and the antifriction effect is obvious.There are certain cohesion between matrixes and films.While introduced inter layer of Ni-P chemical plating the cohesions are even lager,it can reach to 30 N approximately.The inner stress status of the BN films is compressive stress,it is good to the adhesion of the films and the formation of c-BN.
