| 摘 要： | 兴建东垆裁弯试验工程是为降低潼关河床高程、缓解关中平原防洪压力采取的综合措施之一。但是2003年汛期该工程发生了“重大险情”。文中对工程的出险原因和抢险过程进行了分析，从中得到了一些启示。

| Abstract: | Constructing Donglu cut-off test works in Sanmenxia Reservoir zone is one of the comprehensive measures to reduce the elevation of river bottom in Tongguan reach and to relax the flood control pressure in Guanzhong plain.But in 2003's flood period,the major dangerous situation occurred on the works.In this paper,the author analyzes the causes that lead to occurrence of the dangerous situation,introduces the process of emergency protection,and presents some enlightenment. |
