摘    要:针对圆盘剪剪切镰刀弯问题,分析影响剪切平行度的主要因素,通过剪刃同步更换,优化调整剪刃垂直与水平刀缝,提高圆盘剪自动定位精度等措施,提高钢板镰刀弯控制水平。

Abstract:Focusing on cambers caused Cutting of disc Shears, the article studies the primary cause for the nonparallelism on plates and proposes some countermeasures to reduce the cambers, such as simultaneous knife change, knife opening optimized adjustment and automatic Shear positioning accuracy improvement.
