| 摘 要： | 简述了激光加工的原理及工艺参数选择原则，介绍了我们研制的脉冲ＹＡＧ激光加工机用于仪表外壳密封焊接和转子动平衡情况。对ＩＧＢＴ开关电源及其改进作了简要分析。
